Need to cancel an order?
Please be careful to only confirm orders once you are sure you have selected the correct items.
Orders placed online at cannot be cancelled online.
To request an order cancellation, please call 0800-007-008 or e-mail and wait for our authorisation. Once you confirm your order at, we start working on it right away. For that reason, it's possible -- depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order -- that we've already started processing your order including arranging stock shipments as necessary. If we have already ordered in stock for an order it may not be possible to cancel out of this order depending on our supplier's return policy, even so, a minimum restocking fee on 20% may be imposed for an order cancelled after the fact. If the order has already been shipped out to you, you may need to wait for it to arrive then arrange for it to be returned to us, provided we agree to take it back and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation). NOTE: Computer Direct can ship order for Saturday Delivery for a small surcharge but does not ship orders on Sunday. Orders placed after 4 pm Friday will ship the following Monday.
