Need to return a product?
To return a product at Computer Direct, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done
by your Computer Direct account manager or through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general, Computer Direct accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 14 days. However, Computer Direct reserves the
right to authorise product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 14 days,
credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Computer Direct on returned items, and Computer Direct will pay the shipping
charges on warranty replacement or warranty exchange item(s) going back.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns within 14 days of invoice date can be for exchange, replacement, refund or credit at Computer Direct's discretion. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a minimum 20 percent or $88 excluding gst restocking fee (whichever is the higher) at Computer Direct's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
